Cinnamon & Cardamom Tripel is as expected, brewed with both aforementioned spices and fermented with a fruity and spicy Belgian yeast. It has conditioned slowly for 4 months to exhibit bold and balanced flavours. This Belgian-style has strength and body, but also elegance and focus.
