Shindig is light in alcohol with a medium to full body. This creates a deceptively smooth and easy drinking experience. The highest quality Canadian malted barley is the centerpiece of this beer, with soft but complex cereal and bread-like notes, supported by understated hopping, and a clean lager yeast.
