Shipping & Return Policy

Due to Ontario government regulations and provincial tax differences, Cowbell Brewing Co. is only able to sell our craft beer and merchandise to residents of Ontario. 

• Shipping will be calculated upon checkout based on destination and weight 
• You'll receive an order confirmation email to confirm your purchase.
• You'll receive a delivery arrival email to notify you when your parcel has shipped out. 
• With any purchase of alcohol, please be prepared to present a piece of photo ID to verify your age in order to retrieve your parcel.
• If someone is not home to sign for the package, a second attempt will be made and then it will be taken to the closest UPS pick-up point and you have 7 days to pick it up.
