Contest Rules (“Contest Rules”)

THIS CONTEST IS OFFERED BY COWBELL BREWING CO. (THE “SPONSOR”) AND IS ONLY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF ONTARIO AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW AND THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. SEE BELOW FOR FULL CONTEST DETAILS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF, AND AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY, THESE CONTEST RULES (THE “CONTEST RULES”).

CONTEST PERIOD
This [Scan It. Raise It. Win It.] (the “Contest”) begins on May 16, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). Entries received before or after the Contest Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 19 years of age or older at the start of the Contest Period (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, directors, and officers of the Sponsor, as well as its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies—and the immediate family members of such individuals (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, or common-law partner), or anyone living in the same household—are not eligible to enter the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Contest and obtain one (1) entry (a “Regular Entry”), Entrants must, during the Contest Period, follow the instructions to complete the Contest entry form at https://cowbellbrewing.com/raisethestandard_contest and provide their first name, last name, email, jurisdiction of residence, and phone number.

Entrants may only use one (1) email address and one (1) phone number to enter the Contest. If it is discovered that an Entrant has attempted to: (i) submit more than one (1) Regular Entry during the Contest Period; or (ii) use more than one (1) email address or one (1) phone number to submit a Regular Entry to enter the Contest; then (in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) the Entrant may be disqualified from the Contest and all of their entries may be voided. Entries will automatically be rejected if the entry form is not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period. Entries will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, “authorized account holder” of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

There are two (2) methods to obtain optional additional entries (“Bonus Entries”). Each method may only be used once per Entrant, for a maximum of two (2) Bonus Entries per Entrant.

(a) To obtain one (1) Bonus Entry, Entrants must follow, and stay following until all winners of this Contest are selected, the Sponsor on Instagram under the account [@CowbellBrewingCo] (the “Account”).

(b) To obtain one (1) Bonus Entry, Entrants must post an Instagram comment (each a “Comment”), and tag their friend on the Account’s post dated [May 16, 2026] that invites entrants to enter the Contest (the “Post”).

To obtain Bonus Entries, the Entrant must have a valid Instagram profile. If the Entrant does not have a profile, the Entrant may register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free account (please note you must agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use at https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870 to register).

To be valid, Comments must: (i) not be deleted during the Contest Period; (ii) not contain any name/image/likeness/voice of any third parties without their consent; (iii) not infringe on the rights, including intellectual property rights, of any person;; (iv) not contain content created using generative artificial intelligence; (v) not contain music; (vi) comply with the Instagram terms of service or terms of use and technical requirements; and (ix) be in compliance with these Contest Rules.

Bonus Entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the entry. The “authorized account holder” of an Instagram account is defined as the person who is assigned an account by Instagram.

The Entrant selected as the Contest winner may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that such selected Entrant is the authorized account holder of the Instagram and/or email account associated with the winning entry. Normal Internet access and device usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. Use of any automated system to enter or otherwise participate in this Contest is prohibited and will automatically result in disqualification.

Limit: Each Entrant may submit a maximum of one (1) Regular Entry, and one (1) Bonus Entry per Bonus Entry method, for a total of two (2) Bonus Entries.

PRIZES AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
There are sixteen (16) Weekly Prizes and a Grand Prize available, which are collectively referred to as the “Prizes”. The total estimated retail value of all Prizes is CAD $1,260. All Winners are responsible for any and all applicable local, provincial/territorial, and/or federal taxes and fees.

Weekly Prizes
There are sixteen (16) weekly prizes available to be won during the Contest Period; one (1) prize on each draw date described below (collectively, the “Weekly Prizes”). No Entrant may win more than one (1) Weekly Prize.

Each Weekly Prize shall consist of one (1) Cowbell Branded T-Shirt and (1) Cowbell Bandana (approximate retail value CAD $50, depending on t-shirt selected by winner from the website).

(a) Weekly Prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. Weekly Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferrable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Weekly Prize of equal or greater value if an advertised Weekly Prize becomes unavailable. Winners are not entitled to monetary difference between actual Weekly Prize value and stated approximate retail value, if any.

(b) Each Weekly Prize may be claimed by winner at the Sponsor’s store or by providing the shipping address for direct delivery.

(c) Weekly Prizes will be awarded to verified winners only. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Weekly Prize.

On each of the Weekly Prize draw dates at [11 a.m.] ET at [Blyth], one (1) random draw will be conducted by the Sponsor to select an Entrant from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period up to the applicable draw date, excluding the winner(s) from the previous draw(s). The odds of being selected as a potential winner of any Weekly Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period up to the date of the applicable draw date.

Grand Prize
There will be one (1) grand prize available to be won at the end of the Contest Period (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize consists of:

(a) One (1) Cowbell Branded Mini-Fridge; (approximate retail value CAD$ 700);

(b) One (1) $100 Gift Card to Cowbell Brewing Co.

(c) One (1) Cowbell Branded Bandana (approximate retail value CAD$ 15)

(d) One (1) Cowbell Branded T-Shirt (approximate retail value CAD$ 35)

The approximate total maximum retail value of the Grand Prize is Eight Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($850.00) CAD.

(a) The Grand Prize is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferrable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Grand Prize of equal or greater value if an advertised Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Winners are not entitled to monetary difference between actual Grand Prize value and stated approximate retail value, if any.

(b) Grand Prize will be awarded to verified winners only. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Grand Prize.

Grand Prize Draw Schedule
The Grand Prize draw dates is September 8, 2026. One (1) random draw will be conducted by the Sponsor to select an Entrant from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period up to the applicable draw date, to be the potential Grand Prize Winner. Entries from winners of the Weekly Prizes are included in the draw for the Grand Prize.

The odds of being selected as a potential winner of the Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

PRIZE AWARDS
Each selected Entrant will be notified via email and telephone call from the Sponsor on how to fully comply with these Contest Rules in order to be declared a winner.

Proof of identification must be provided.

In the event a selected Entrant does not respond to the Sponsor within five (5) days of the Sponsor’s initial attempt to contact the Entrant by email and telephone, the Entrant will be disqualified and an alternate Entrant will be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected Entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsor’s failure to receive a selected Entrant’s response.

Before being declared a winner, the Entrant will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered during a pre-arranged telephone call or by e-mail.

By accepting a Prize, the Entrant agrees (a) that they have received, read and complied with, and confirmed that they are eligible in accordance with, these Contest Rules; (b) that the Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash; (c) that they accept the Prize as offered; (d) that, in consideration for the Prize, they release and forever discharge the Sponsor and each of its agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) as well as Meta and Instagram from any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities or damages which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with the Contest, the Entrant’s participation therein and/or their use or receipt of the Prize; (e) to assume all responsibility and liability relating the Entrant’s participation in the Contest, including comments on the Post, and the use and receipt of the Prize, and to indemnify the Sponsor for any loss, injury, accident, misfortune or damage which results from any negligent and/or willful misconduct in connection with the Contest, the comments on the Post or the use and/or receipt of the Prize; (f) to allow the Sponsor to use the Entrant’s name, voice, photograph, likeness and statements in any advertising or publicity carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor about the Contest in any manner whatsoever and in any medium, including print, broadcast or the internet, without further notice or compensation; and (g) to sign release and declaration documentation confirming the foregoing if requested by the Sponsor in its discretion.

Under no circumstances will the Sponsor be responsible for awarding more than the number of Prizes expressly contemplated in these Contest Rules.

GENERAL
The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all Entrants without right of appeal.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw or amend this Contest in any way, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, impersonation, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules. Entries that are late, inaccessible, unviewable, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, corrupted, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions these Contest Rules will be judged void. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, use of any automated, script, macro or robotic program, fake accounts, or use of multiple Instagram accounts by the same person may result in disqualification of entries, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

Without limitation, the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure of its website or Instagram account during the Contest; for a technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer or device on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer or device equipment or software; for the failure of any Entrant comment to be seen or otherwise accessed by the Sponsor for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any platform, Instagram account settings, or any combination of the above. Further, the Sponsor will not be liable for any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or device related to or resulting from participating, or downloading any material, in the Contest.

Instagram Comments
By entering the Contest, the Entrant agrees that:

i. the Entrant releases the Released Parties, Meta and Instagram and forever discharge the Released Parties, Meta and Instagram from any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities or damages which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with the Contest, the Entrant’s participation therein and/or their use or receipt of the Prize;

ii. the Entrant has all necessary licenses, consents and rights in and to the Comment to enter the Comment in the Contest;

iii. the Entrant’s Comment does not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation;

iv. the Entrant’s Comment does not contain any reference to or name, image, voice, likeness of any third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals;

v. the Entrant’s Comment will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interest of any third party, or give rise to any claims for payment whatsoever; and

vi. the Entrant’s Comment is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following:

a. Nudity;
b. Sexual activity;
c. Crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols;
d. Derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups;
e. Content that endorses, condones or discusses any illegal, inappropriate or risky activity, behaviour or conduct;
f. Personal information of individuals, including without limitation, images, names and addresses (physical or e-mail), except as permitted by these Contest Rules;
g. Conduct or other activities in violation of these Contest Rules;
h. Commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services;
i. Any identifiable third party products and/or trade-marks, brands or logos;j. URLS or links to any websites; and
k. Any other content that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the Sponsor and/or the contest judges in their sole discretion.

By submitting a Comment, the Entrant agrees that the Comment complies with all conditions in these Contest Rules. The Sponsor and those associated with it will bear no legal liability, expressed or implied, regarding the use of the Comment by the Sponsor and the Sponsor shall be held harmless by an Entrant in the event it is subsequently discovered that the Entrant has departed from or not fully complied with any of the Contest Rules.

By entering the Contest and submitting a Comment, each Entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsor, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use the Comment, in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Contest or for any other reason; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to the Comment in favour of the Sponsor; and (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties, Meta and Instagram from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action that relate in any way to the Comment. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to modify, edit or disqualify any Comment if a complaint is received with respect to the Comment, or for any other reason. If the Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that any Comment does not comply with any or all of these Contest Rules for any reason at any time, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify the Comment and/or the associated Entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to request from the Instagram platform that the Comment be removed if it does not comply with these Contest Rules.

Indemnification by Entrant
By entering the Contest, Entrant releases and holds the Sponsor harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the Entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, participation in the Contest, any breach of these Contest Rules, or in any Prize-related activity. The Entrant agrees to fully indemnify the Sponsor from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.

Privacy/Use of Personal Information
By entering this Contest, each Entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents, representatives, and service providers storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted in their communications with the Sponsor on Instagram only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at: Cowbell) unless the Entrant otherwise agrees to receive further communications from the Sponsor. The Entrant’s use of Instagram is subject to Instagram’s privacy policy, as applicable. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta or Instagram. Any questions or comments regarding the Contest should be directed to the Sponsor.

Language Discrepancy
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest related materials, including but not limited to point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations associated with Sponsor and/or the Contest, are owned by the Sponsor and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved.

Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Law
By entering the Contest, the Entrant agrees to abide by these Contest Rules and by the interpretation of these Contest Rules by the Sponsor. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Rules or the rights and obligations as between the Entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and federal laws, as applicable, including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Contest Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Contest Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then these Contest Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
