From flip flops to work boots, snowmobiles to highway coaches, and from the biggest cities and the smallest places, we invite you to discover Cowbell. The architecture is inspired by a 19th century Grand Old Barn design. Take a self-guided tour and enjoy unobstructed views of almost everything — this beautiful space features lots of wood and stone, natural light, and interesting vantage points. Spanning across Henry’s Hall, the restaurant is located in our stunning barn venue with comfortable, accessible indoor seating for up to 90. Guests can enjoy full bar and food service, including wood-fired pizza and your favourite craft brews. Other features include a soaring 45-foot ceiling, a beautiful stone fireplace, and a massive screen for special events.
Local Farm-To-Table Food
Cowbell Kitchen is about fresh, local, and fun. The Cowbell team works with like-minded local farmers, producers, and suppliers to create fresh, value-driven and fun appetizers, shared plates, lunch and dinner menus, and remarkable wood-fired pizza. Eat, drink and enjoy in Cowbell’s beautiful indoor and outdoor venues, subject to availability. Menu changes seasonally.

Situated directly in front of the elevated state-of-the-art Cowbell brewhouse, Guests in Doc’s Bar have a unique bar and brewhouse vantage point. Doc’s Bar features 30 taps showcasing a growing lineup of fresh and delicious Cowbell craft beer. A full bar offers specialty beer cocktails, handcrafted cocktails, spirits and local wine. Full menu service available.

This unique restaurant venue is located on the main floor of the Grand Old Barn and offers comfortable, accessible indoor table and hightop seating. Guests may enjoy full bar service and a truly local food menu, including wood-fired pizza and your favourite craft brews. Other features include custom timberframe construction, a soaring 45-foot ceiling, a beautiful stone fireplace, and a 14-foot big screen for special events.

Located in Henry's Hall and adjacent to Cowbell Kitchen, this semi-private table provides a view of the kitchen and crew, the wood-fired pizza oven and our pizzaiolos in action.

Host your event in the Cowbell Cellar, which is right on the floor of the brewery and features a soaring 45-foot timber frame ceiling. Enjoy special bar and menu service amidst the fermentation tanks and packaging equipment, with access to a private, accessible outdoor patio. Drummond Hall is the perfect private dining and small meeting venue. Overlooking Henry's Hall and the restaurant below, and highlighted by a stunning 16-foot, live-edge Ash table and floor-to-ceiling windows, this space offers full bar and menu service with comfortable seating for 2 to 18 Guests. Overlooking Henry's Hall, this accessible second floor meeting and dining area may be configured to suit any event, with tables, stadium seating, and standing tables. Immediately adjacent to Thresher’s Hall, this second floor venue includes a dedicated bar, and offers a clear, elevated perspective of the brewhouse, Doc’s Bar, Henry’s Hall, and the 14-foot big screen. The Loft offers high top and standing seating.
Seats Up To 98 Guests
Mildred Sparling was the family’s matriarch. She appreciated her friends, entertaining and good conversation, and this accessible wrap-around verandah is named for her. Enjoy table seating with sunshine, starshine, or shelter in fresh Huron County air, with space heating when appropriate. Full bar and menu service is available on Mil’s Verandah. (Huron County Health Unit prohibits animals in food service areas, certified service animals excluded)
